When my (now) 25 year old was 3 or 4, he got out of bed at dawn one Easter Sunday morning and went out in the half-light and gathered all the small chocolate easter eggs that the Easter Bunny had placed around the backyard during the night- in flower pots, on top of the washing machine, on external window sills,at the base of trees, in the cubby house etc. He found the lot, and ate the lot, before his two older brothers were awake. He ate his eggs, and their eggs too. And now…at ages 31 and 35 his older brothers still give him heaps for his transgression!
